This site features selected examples of my work during my tenure as Director of User Experiece at New City. For these projects I acted as the Project & UX Lead or as the Sr. Information Architect. I'm currently finishing my masters in Human Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon and will be graduting in August 09.

I'm currently leading our capstone project team for Eaton Corporation and their Power Xpert software. We're busy prototyping and designing, but in the meantime you can:

  The report covers the research phase of our project. We conducted 7 contextual inquiries, conducted a heuristic evaluation of the existing software, and proposed several potential design directions. This report includes our findings and various models.
